1/ If you still have your old smartphone

  • Log in to the website Ma Banque Entreprise with Corporate Digital Key
  • Go to the menu " My profile >Registered devices (top right of the page) and delete your old device.

To finish, you can now register your new smartphone via Ma Banque Entreprise application, which was previously downloaded on your new device.

 

2/ You no longer have your old smartphone

Log in to the website Ma Banque Entreprise with Secure Browsing.

If you have never done it, enroll a browser :

  • Select the authentication mode Secure Browsing, click on "Save this browser"
  • Enter your subscriber number, ask for an activation code by mail ou SMS, and type it immediately
  • Enter your 6-digit Confidential Code (the same as your Corporate Digital Key)
  • Then go to the menu My profile>Registered devices (top right of the page) to delete your old smartphone.

To finish, you can now register your new smartphone via Ma Banque Entreprise application, which was previously downloaded on your new device.

Click on the "Needhelp ?" at the bottom of the mobile app screen

Select "forgotten or blocked PIN code"

Confirm your identity by entering the activation code received  by email or SMS.

Create and confirm your new PIN.

Log in to your mobile application

Go to your Profile (bottom right),

Click on "change the confidential code"

Enter your current confidential code

Create and confirm your new PIN.

To connect using the Corporate Digital Key, you must have an Android smartphone or an iPhone (minimum version recommended Android 10 or iOS15). 

When you enter your subscriber number, you will be prompted to download the Ma Banque Entreprise app. Let yourself be guided and initiate the first connection.

Good to know: activate biometrics to easily access the application. You will need your Confidential Code, the same code that you will use in Secure Browsing to register your smartphone.

No Confidential Code yet? You will create one upon your first connection. 

To activate your Corporate Digital Key, you will receive two activation codes by email and sms.

To update your contact details, connect to Ma Banque Entreprise with your Secure Transfer Card or your Certificate and go to Profile>My Contacts in the upper right corner of your screen.

Good to know: This action is not possible after a Secure Browsing authentication. If you don't have access to a compatible authentication mode, contact your Administrator or your Relationship Manager.
